TVA: Coal Ash Spill Costs Rising

As the bill continues to rise for cleanup of that massive coal ash spill in Tennessee back in December, the The Tennessee Valley Authority now estimates it will cost $1.2 billion - and that still doesn't include potential fines, penalties or the outcome of seven lawsuits filed by residents.
