What's Happening Today on Clean Skies News - 12/28/09



The nation's largest group of cattlemen files suit to halt the EPA's endangerment finding. We'll tell you what their 'beef' is with the proposed greenhouse gas regulations coming up at 4pm on The Energy Report. And from Christmas lights to the crystal ball dropped in times square on New Year's eve... LED lights are replacing incandescent ones, but some experts say they could pose some health problems. Dee Bhambhani will tell us why. And steamships headed to the great lakes will be allowed to continue despite the EPA's effort to only allow ships that burn low-sulfur fuels. We'll have details.
