All 12 Democrats on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee have signed a letter opposing an amendment by Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, that would delay plans by the Environmental Protection Agency to regulate carbon dioxide emissions under the Clean Air Act.
