Oil man turned wind proponent, T. Boone Pickens is cutting back plans to build the world's biggest wind farm in the Texas Panhandle.
He has cut his GE order in half and will now take delivery of 300 turbines in 2011.
Pickens says those turbines will be built in Canada and Minnesota because Texas still hasn't put up the necessary transmission lines needed...
