Canada Announces Goals Under Copenhagen Accord

Two days after the United States announced its emissions goals under the Copenhagen Accord, its neighbor to the north says, "me, too."

Canada submitted its target to the United Nations on Saturday, and it's the same as the U.S. goal --17 percent below 2005 levels by 2020.
