IMF Pledges $100 Billion Climate Fund

The International Monetary Fund says it plans to help poorer countries fight the impact of climate change.

IMF head Dominique Strauss-Kahn told a leaders at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, over the weekend that IMF will put $100 billion a year into a Green Fund.

Because developing countries do not have the money to meet adaptation measures...
