"Clean Energy" Wins, Fossil Loses In Obama Budget Proposal

The Obama Administration's fiscal 2011 budget proposal, being released today, includes higher spending for development of "clean energy" technologies and elimination of "tax preferences" for the oil, gas and coal industries.

That's according to Peter Orzag, director of the White House Office of Management & Budget.
